  • The item must be securely repackaged for return shipping to prevent damage. While original packaging is preferred, a suitable alternative that protects the item is acceptable.

How to Start a Return or Exchange (3-Step Process)

Step 3: Inspection and Processing

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it within **3 business days** to ensure it meets our conditions. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.

  • For Exchanges: If approved, we will ship your replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
