Return & Exchange Process
Request Approval

We will review your request and notify you of the approval.
Packaging & Condition Requirements

Once approved, the item must be repackaged in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is unavailable, we recommend finding an alternative solution by carefully repackaging the item to ensure it is well-protected during transit.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, clean, and free from any stains or damage.
Shipping the Return/Exchange

Customers can choose their preferred shipping carrier to send the item back.
The return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
Inspection & Refund/Exchange Processing

After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3 business days.
If approved, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days to the original payment method or send the replacement item for exchanges.
